Sensimun

Sensimun (previously known as Celimun) is a scientific research enterprise (life sciences) founded for building bridges between basic biomedical sciences and clinical medicine. The main field of our activity is where immunology, allergy, and dermatology meet. Our special interest is devoted to novel diagnostic methods, however, we have also experience in basic research.

Sensimun as a SME is interested in joining multicentre research projects involving academia and industry. We also provide our research services to individuals. Over the past decade, we have gained experience in:

• research outsourcing of large-scale research projects,
• panel experiments (introductory experiments and tests preceding large projects),
• research services for small-scale projects (analyses for master or doctoral theses, etc.),
• research tuning (improving technical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of experimental methods you are already using),
• development and testing of new laboratory methods.

Sensimun is specialised in immunoenzymatic methods ELISA, immunoblot and ELISPOT. The laboratory is equipped with a flow cytometer (4 colours), fluorescent microscopy, and cell culture facility.
